All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds.

Our phone cases are made to order. This means that when you place your order, your case is handmade specifically for you. Due to this, we cannot offer returns or refunds if the incorrect size or design is selected. Please review your order carefully, including product details and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

For shipping address corrections, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the shipping label is created. Once the label is issued, additional shipping fees may apply.
